Islamabad, Pakistan – 4 July 2026 — Artilious Art & Wellness Studio proudly announces the successful conclusion of Hues of Potohar, a week-long group art exhibition held at Gallery 21 from 28 June to 4 July 2026. The exhibition marked the culmination of the Gulshan-ePotohar Residency, bringing together artists, art enthusiasts, collectors, students, and members of the community in a vibrant celebration of Pakistan’s artistic heritage and the natural beauty of the Potohar region. The exhibition was envisioned and led by Maria Baj, Founder & CEO of Artilious Art & Wellness Studio, and co-curated with Sidra Ashraf. Developed through the Gulshan-e-Potohar Residency at Thathal Organic Farm, the exhibition featured the inspiring works of Aqil Shahzad, Danish Khan, Muhammad Tariq, Mahnoor Khushhal, Syeda Nadia Raza, Maria Baj, Sidra Ashraf, and Zain Shakeel. Through painting, watercolor, mixed media, and video installation, the artists explored themes of ecology, memory, identity, cultural heritage, and humanity’s enduring relationship with nature, offering visitors a deeply engaging artistic experience rooted in the landscapes and traditions of Potohar. The exhibition was inaugurated by Tasnim Bajwa, Principal of the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Developmental Disorders (RCCDD), whose presence underscored the importance of inclusive community engagement through art and wellness. Throughout its seven-day run, Hues of Potohar welcomed hundreds of artists, art lovers, collectors, students, families, and community members, creating meaningful conversations around creativity, environmental awareness, cultural identity, and artistic collaboration. The overwhelming public response reaffirmed the growing appreciation for contemporary art and the need for accessible cultural platforms that connect artists with the wider community. Artilious Art & Wellness Studio was honored to welcome BRACE – Empowering Communities, whose President Tahir Nihad, accompanied by members of the BRACE leadership and community representatives, visited the exhibition on its inauguration day. The delegation appreciated the participating artists, encouraged communities to support healthy cultural initiatives, and expressed BRACE’s commitment to standing alongside Artilious Art & Wellness Studio and Gallery 21 in promoting and revitalizing arts and culture within Pakistan.
